My 2011

1. What did you do in 2011 that you'd never done before?
Flew Long Haul, was a bridesmaid and started crafting.

2. Did you keep your New Years' resolutions, and will you make more for
next year?
I didn't have New years resolutions last year, but this year im going to
take more pictures and try and loose some weight!

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Yes, My sister had another little girl Ruby-Dawn and my friend had a
little boy Harry.

4. Did anyone close to you die?
Yes my Dad, he had Cancer and had been very poorly for the last 2 years.

5. What countries did you visit?
Mexico.

6. What would you like to have in 2012 that you lacked in 2011?
Money! And maybe an engagement ring...

7. Where did most of your money go?
Travelling to Mexico to see my lovely best friend get married, it was
worth absolutely every last penny.

8. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Going to Mexico and being a bridesmaid for Jodie.

9. What song/album will always remind you of 2011?
Iris by the goo-goo dolls and Nicki Minaj- Super Bass.

10. Compared to this time last year, are you:
A. Happier or sadder? Maybe a bit of both.
B. Thinner or fatter? Thinner.
C. Richer or poorer? Definitely poorer!

11. What do you wish you'd done more of?
Reading, blogging, going out more and crafting.

12. What do you wish you'd done less of?
Crying, worrying and stressing.

13. How will you be spending/did you spend Christmas?
I spent it with my boyfriends family, we had a lovely dinner and then
vegged all afternoon watching crappy xmas TV eating goodies!

14. Who did you spend the most time on the phone with?
My Mum, Luke and My Dad.

15. Did you fall in love in 2011?
More and more each day with Luke. He is the most amazing person I know.

16. How many one night stands in this last year?
None!

17. What was your favourite TV programme?
True Blood, Vampire Diaries and Glee! (Im a sucker for American Teen
Dramas)

18. What was the best book(s) you read?
The Hunger Games Trilogy, cant wait for the films to be released next
year!

19. What was your greatest musical discovery?
The Lonely Island! Pure Brilliance.

20. What were your favourite films of this year?
The Twilight Saga- Breaking Dawn and Bridesmaids.

21. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
I turned 26 in August, I was going to spend it at home with Luke, but my
best friend turned up to surprise me and we ended up drinking wine until
the early hours!

22. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more
satisfying?
Not having to worry about money.

23. What kept you sane?
Luke, my Mum and my friends, especially Natalie by best friend.

24. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
Taylor Lautner, Robert Pattinson, Paul Wesley and Ryan Reynolds.

25. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2011.
That life is too short to worry, things may bring you down but you need
to rise above them and be the stronger person and to always look on the
bright side of life.

New Camera

Hurrah! Gone are the days of using my iPhone as a camera! For Christmas, Luke's mum and dad brought me a lovely Sony Cybershot Camera! BEST PRESENT EVER! (So good i nearly cried haha) 

Here is a pic of my new Camera (extremely bad quality due to crappy phone)  ITS PINK!                                             


So, this now means..
1) I can now take amazing lovely pics where ever i go (as my camera has a new home in my handbag)
and..
2)  can take lovely pictures of things i've made to show you all!

New Year, New Diary.

Hi all!
With the new year scarily looming, my focus is a new diary for 2012. Choosing a diary (i think) is incredibly hard  as i'm a bit of a perfectionist and it has to be perfect, so when i was casually looking through pictures posted by people who follow on instagram, i came across the most beautiful sight! A lovely lady i know had posted some pictures of diary's, note books and journals which she designs and adds beautiful one of a kind touches too. Luckily i messaged her and i am now the owner of an AMAZING 2012 completely beautiful diary!

Seeing the beautiful job she has done, its made me feel all creative and i may try and knock up something similar for a friend of mine.The options on creating something like this are endless, there is so many pretty things you could do-  watch this space!!
